Maria Ranum is a singer/songwriter, dancer and performer from Denmark. Born in 1990 she grew up in Aarhus where her musical abilities started to develop at a young age. As writing and singing songs caught her attention she released her first single "Lips On Me" in 2016. The song was produced by Chris Sane. Later that year she featured on Chris Sane's single "Lost" which has gotten over 400.000 streams. The later years Maria's style has moved away from the Dance univers and into R&B/Pop. After she starred in X Factor 2022 in Denmark she released the single "Atlas” on 20th May, 2022 the song is a cover she sang in the danish X Factor live shows, where she received a 5th place. The latest EP Bad Decisions was released 30th of July 2023 and is produced by her boyfriend Sebastian Wawrety. It is mixed and mastered by Zac Williams. This EP has a sexy undertone with hints of R&B and Pop. The combination of Sebastians background in Amapiano, Afrobeats and R&B mixed with Maria's Pop/Dance, makes the style and music univers very unique.
