Unlike many others, we never make Las Fortunitas chips with commercial corn flour. We use only pure, whole white and yellow corn kernels, carefully blended together to create our unique flavor. We grind the kernels with traditional stone grinders, use pure vegetable oil for flavor, and lightly salt them before going immediately into the package. We make and deliver our chips to your store daily, so you are always assured of the freshest chips available. Because our chips are delivered fresh daily, and made with only fresh ingredients, they maintain their flavor and crispness for weeks. Just be sure to reseal the bag each time you enjoy the chips. Some of our customers like to store the chips in the freezer, where they maintain their freshness and flavor indefinitely.
