Mario Bordonada Tosao (aka 'Sodaquaye') is a multinstrumentalist, DJ, beatmaker and producer born in Zaragoza (Spain). Since 2009 he has been involved in several projects as a saxophonist, drawing on a variety of styles such as folk, jazz, rock, funk, tango, ska and rap. In 2018 he took an important step in his career, entering the world of music production. Currently, in addition to his collaborations as an arranger and a studio and live musician, he is also a producer and beatmaker. This has allowed him to create and share with artists such as Eliy Orcko, Anibal, Local X, and Akassia among others. Inspired by artists such as Chinese Man, Thievery Corporation, L'Entourloop, Bonobo and Hugo Kant he is developing his own project focused on abstract hip-hop, dub and downtempo under the pseudonym ‘Sodaquaye‘. Soon we will be able to listen to his first album.
