Meet Lizzy Lane (Lerato Melanie Windvoel), a 17 years old artist from Cape Town, Gugulethu. Mostly know by one of her biggest songs Ungubani Ft Zee Bee. She is the oldest of two siblings who are raised by their single mother, which had a harsh impact on their upbringing not financial but emotionally. At the age of 8 she fell in love with Hip Hop music after being inspired by one of the most popular female artists Nicki Minaj, and late she found inspiration from Dee Koala(one of the most successful artists from CPT) . From then she started writing and rapping, then from the she never looked back. Since then she has worked with many artists from Cape Town and South Africa, with the act like Zee Bee, Kid Kapa, TT Beats, Emiky and more.
