Payton "Pirscription" Bryce was born on August 18, 1987, in Clifton, Texas. He was raised in the small town of West, Texas, about 15 minutes north of Waco. As a teenager, and independent artist, Pirscription released two solo mixtapes before teaming up with DJ Rapid Ric to release his biggest personal mixtape release to date "Practice Makes Money". In the years after that his focus has been on building his brand, One Of A Kind Records, and running his home based studio/business "Trojan Town Studios" which has recorded many Texas legends such as Chalie Boy, Mr Pookie, & more. Pirscription has released 20+ mixtapes for other artists from his studio in West, and is responsible for the biggest mixtape series in the Waco area, a 5 year long mixtape series dubbed the "Waco Summer Bash" which went hand in hand with Waco's then biggest car-show and concert. In 2013 his home town of West was the location of the nationally covered "West Tx Fertilizer Plant Explosion" which destroyed half of the city, including damage to his house and studio. Since the explosion Pirscription has been surviving making a living off of his hip hop music/services. In 2018 he signed a distribution deal with iconic Texas label SoSouth Music & His most recent singles "Doobies & Dirt Roads" feat Jelly Roll, & "Trunk Sang" feat Chalie Boy & Trilly Polk, are both available on all streaming platforms.
