The first rapper from Boston to sign a major deal (Atlantic Records), MC Spice (also known as 'Spice') wrote and produced gold and platinum songs "Good Vibrations", "Wildside" and more for Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. MC Spice is credited for reviving Contemporary Hiphop via his PayUp/Roxbury Records double album "Grown Folk Hiphop."
