Berlin-based newcomer Tam is set to release her highly anticipated second EP, titled "Reflections". After years of being a music journalist and host of formats like PULS Musikaynalyse Podcast and ARTE Tracksplorer, Tam started making music in 2020. Her first EP, The Pride and the Sorrow, which included four songs, was released in 2021 and has since been streamed almost 200K times on Spotify alone without any external promotion. 
 Living in Berlin for over a decade and experiencing the commitment issues of so many people in this bustling city has been a major influence on Tam's music. Her creation process for the EP happened between the secluded studio complex Haus Irmgard in Buxtehude and travels to Hawaii and Tenerife/Canary Islands. Tam's music is heavily influenced by neo-soul and R&B, with references to the queens of the genre such as Nina Simone and Aretha Franklin, as well as contemporary artists like Mahalia, Olivia Dean and Joy Crookes. 
 The upcoming EP will feature six songs, with the first single produced by Cologne-based singer/songwriter/producer Moglii, called "Now or Never”, out now. 
 The EP also includes collaborations with artists and producers like Josi Miller, LLUCID, Greedo, Joel Miles, David Thornton, and Bluestaeb. The topics covered in "Reflections" include toxic patterns in romantic relationships as well as in social media usage, and the journey to becoming a more authentic self.
