Shaddoh Blackz is an artiste who was destined to become a musician since birth. Focused on music since he was a child, the artiste spent much of his time researching music or in a studio learning the art. Born Rodeen Tucker, he hails from New Haven in Kingston, Jamaica . Shaddoh Blackz officially signed with the label Yg Insane Music about a year ago. Adopting a style of 80s/90s Dancehall fused with hip-hop and trap music, the artiste tells his own story through his own personally written lyrics, gaining inspiration from the beat and letting the words flow. Citing musicians such as Prince Buster, Tenor Saw and Blak Ryno as musical influences, he is on his path towards becoming a musical genius and wordsmith that music lovers all around the world can listen to and enjoy. Getting to his current position has been no easy feat but with the consistent work he has put in over the years - recording, promoting, shooting music videos,etc. - he has been afforded the opportunity to spread his name and music through prestigious platforms such as Reggaeville, Onstage and Smile Jamaica. Living by the philosophy “do nothing, get nothing”, Shaddoh Blackz has plenty in store for the year, with new projects in the works such as EPs, singles and music videos. As he puts it, “I'm not here to tell anyone else’s story but mine. I am the first and only SHADDOH.”
