Gerardo Orozco (El Paso, Texas, United States; 29th of August, 1997), better known by his stage name, Rosco, is a Mexican-American recording artist, rapper, record producer, and mixing engineer. Gerardo had an early beginning with music. Always being around it, he became very intrigued, and picked up a guitar at just the age of 8, the trumpet at the age of 12, and the piano at 15. When he was just 8 years old, his family relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, making this his second home. He was never neglected from any genre of music, listening to hip hop, pop, bachata, jazz, and just about anything he could get his hands on, it's clear that he wasn't looking for just one approach when it came to making music. After graduating high school, Gerardo attended his local community college for 2 years, where he would further his studies in musical composition. He then went on to attended The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, where he successfully completed the Music Production and Engineering program. Since then, he has put his new found skills to the test, and is producing, recording, mixing, mastering, and releasing his own music. He has also started his own label and collective, GOOD FORTUNE.
