During the brink of the 2020s, Draqx a prolific rnb singer, producer and videographer from Kikuyu, kenya with his smooth and soothing voice, came to perform a song during Vermon Seidels Rolling like the Mob Album launch at the Kikuyu, in 2018. His signature voice and confidence caught the attention of Vermon Seidel, who then hired him as a studio engineer while basing at 902 Street. From then they went on to feature on his album as well as record and produce many other songs for other artists like Major Mikyhe, Jina Yetu, Ann Shi, Bugxy Karemera, Marle Franzi and many more. His sophomore lonely Angel, a drift between heartbreak and finding his place in his love life helped to curve out a unique sound as he learnt to experiment with different singing, song writing and mixing tecnhiques. It was not until, 3 years later that Draqx, created two more albums Nyuki and Deadly Desires which were packed with different vibes and up tempo tracks. he is often known as the kenyan Weeknd.
