Niya (pronounced as Na-Ya) is an aspiring singer/songwriter born and raised in Cagayan, now based in Toronto, Canada. Niya has a passion for writing since she was little, she loves writing poems and singing. At 15 she learned how to play the guitar and at 16 she started to write songs that led to her passion for songwriting and at 18 she signed under Northern Root Records and released her first song ENOUGH.
