I have a lifelong love for GOOD music no matter what the "genre". it shows in the songs I play. The people close to me know that I have an exceptional memory & my mind is always moving 100 miles per second. One thing that has always calmed my ADHD is to replay songs that catch my ear for whatever reason in my mind to kinda slow things down if that makes sense. The result of doing that means that these songs bring me back to that specific moment in time when I was hitting repeat in my brain. when I hear the song I have something I can only describe as a flashback. I remember things about that age in my life and what was going on around me and my world. Another effect is that I can cite the lyrics and instrumental lines as though I had written them. Until recently I thought that this was just one of a number of useless talents that I possessed. That was until July this year when these songs that were in my head have been pouring out of me. I started off trying to be an example of coming out of my shell for my daughters but forgot how much I love music. Happy to be able to share it with the world now!
