Edikan, popularly known as “Edex” was born in Nigeria and moved to Canada at a young age. Having lived in both countries, his musical influence has been etched together through a vast amount of musical styles and this is evident in his approach to his music. He grew up in music, largely being encouraged and motivated by his parents musical background that has shaped his musical experiences. With inspiration coming from R&B, Afrobeats, Edm and other pop styles. His music reflects a brilliant amalgamation of styles which can be heard in his albums and his singles.
