Born and raised in Nsukka a metropolitan in Enugu state, Nigeria; Eastsidealien has emerged as one of the fastest-rising voices in the Eastern Nigerian rap scene. His major Muisc inspiration, rapper 21 Savage, helped him recognize his talent; which eventually led to him starting music professionally in 2019. While trying to find a space for himself in the Music industry, he started fine-tuning a sound that mixes Grime elements with Drill music and eventually created his sound cumulating in the release of Hypocrites in January 2023 
 Two years, multiple collaborations, and millions of streams later, he has proven he is here to stay According to him, music is “a lifetime hobby and a profession”, His primary motivation is not necessarily to get fame but to create generational wealth.
