Continuously fed by black American music, Sax Machine twists, distorts and reshapes jazz, soul and funk after having tied them up in the connectors of its samplers and effects pedals. Accompanying the journey of processors and printed circuits, saxophone and trombone leave their original tones to mutate into fat bass like unidentified but, above all, unidentifiable loops. Crossed by an intense hip-hop current on which the flow of DAYS leaps and the rhymes of DAVU FLINT develop, THE GLOW, their 3rd album, produces a powerful ray of visible light from the South of the United States to the Danakil plateau.
