Derek Waldmann, AKA Man of the Forests, is a violinist with roots in the reggae scene. With a classical and bluegrass musical foundation, Man of the Forests brings an uplifting and unique energy to his musical style and live performances. His debut song ‘Hotep’ released in 2020 with Alific, whom he has built a close connection with and continues to collaborate with. Man of the Forests has also released songs with KBong, Johnny Cosmic, Vana Liya, Aaron Wolf, Trevor Hall, The Movement, Kevin Kinsella, Stick Figure and more as he continues to weave his violin throughout the music scene.
