BIOGRAPHY Reginald Oats, known as XORTIC in the creative space is an all round artist and creative born, raised and based in Botswana, Gaborone. Xortic being of 21 years of age this year was brought up from a music orientated family which was well vested with south African and contemporary gospel music like Joyous celebration, Elevation worship and Hillsong, with side influences of popular rnb feels from Michael Jackson, R kelly, Brenda fassie etc which highly all influenced his love for making music. The art of making music became and started as a way to elude from toxicity, being relationships, family problems and early teenage depression and anxiety. From the age of 15 he made music related to his feelings and emotions which young people found safe enough to relate to which conspired to then growth of his fan base. Xortic makes feel, spirit and soul lead music. An infusion of soft melodies, smooth vocal illustration with a relatable pen which speaks and soothes the soul. He is currently working on his debut album while having a consistent steady catalogue consisting of singles and eps. This is a young artist that is very God given, God driven and God lead. The influence of God in his brand and career is such an important factor as God and his salvation has now become the foundation and centre of his music.
