Since starting out playing the drums and making beats with GarageBand loops in 3rd grade, North Carolina artist Rohan Rali has come a long way. He began recording music in 2019, has several high performing singles and one studio album, california LOVE. He has also seen success with singles such as dangerous (feat. Spazi ), northern lights, sunrise in LA (feat. Kodoku & Darius King), and bellagio fountains. Some of his most notable collaborations have been with fellow NC artist & producer Roxby, and the pair have created several cinematic, cohesive projects together since their debut collab “californication” in 2022. After a brief hiatus and moving to Charlotte following the release of singles including “‘Michael Smith” & “debonair villain 2”, Rali returned to the stage in November 2023 with a fresh, reimagined sound for “northern lights”. In March 2024, Rali has expanded on the northern lights sound with a dark, grittier record titled “blade runner”, taking inspiration from Playboi Carti 2024 singles as well as a production reminiscent of Cardo. His main sound is evolving further for his third studio album, A PHOENIX NEVER DIES, slated for release in 2024. The project will feature more aggressive, lyrical and energetic flows over production inspired by Kanye West’s Yeezus and Travis Scott’s UTOPIA . Aspiring to bring up the talented artists around him, Rali, in partnership with his manager and label executive Abel Dileep, created Rali Records in 2022.
