From the discovery of Hip Hop, Electro, and Break dancing in the 1980’s The White Riots were soon inspired to explore beats, samples and MPC’s over the next few decades. Moving forward to the birth of nu-skool breaks and it wasn’t long before DJ sets were happening with their own events The Fat Factory and regular bookings across the country at some amazing events with the Stanton Warriors, DJ Yoda and LTJ Bukem to name a few. The White Riots have released many tunes on various record labels over the years to great response and feedback including DJ mag and Mix Mag money shot tune of the month and heavy support from some of our favourite DJ’s including the Freestylers, Freq Nasty and Lee Roy Thornhill (Prodigy).
