Sounding like a mix of Usher, Daddy Yankee, and Justin Timberlake, Lil Lito Garcia was born Carlos Andre Garcia in Chicago's Puerto Rican barrio, Humboldt Park. He is the son of dancer Evelyn Garcia and percussionist Carlos E. Garcia, and launched his career as Lil Lito, a singer/rapper with a swagger close to that of Chris Brown's. Finding his own voice and bringing more of his Puerto Rican heritage into the picture, Lil Lito turned into Lito Garcia and released "Lights On" in 2015.
