Derek Albert Schurbon, professionally known as Eames, is an American music producer, songwriter, film composer, and drummer. His debut studio single, ‘Die 4 U’, released Friday, September 7, 2018 followed by 'Feel' just a short month later. His third single, 'Always Find U' featuring good friend and rapper, Matt Rose, officially released with Circulate Music on May 3rd, 3019. Previously Eames has toured with indie-pop artist Betty Who, remixed songs for indie artist Brayton Bowman, scored films for director Jakub Blank, and more. His music covers many genres in his work and has been influenced by many producers and artists alike, across all genres and decades, such as: Flying Lotus, J Dilla, B. Lewis, Flume, Mura Masa, Jóhann Jóhannsson, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Chet Baker, Frank Ocean, Ariel Rechtshaid, and more.
