Songwriter/Worshipper/Wife/Mom Lover of Jesus/Nature/Food/ World Cultures/Photography/Home Meg is a song writer and worship leader based in central Florida known for her honest voice and lyrical storytelling. Writing songs since childhood, she pursued her musical calling by attending Christ For The Nations in Dallas, TX, and traveled and recorded with their teams. Her debut album- a bright collection of original singer/songwriter cuts and personal worship came in 2013, entitled Anchors. A seasoned worship songwriter, Meg has recorded with @vlworship (We Make Room, Can’t Get Enough and Until the Miracle Comes) and been featured on Volume 4 and Volume 5 of The Emerging Sound (through People & Songs) with 2 songs she co-wrote and leads (Whatever Comes and We Will See Miracles). In the past few years she has released a variety of singles and also written for other indie artists while also writing and releasing music with her home church as Generation Music. Besides writing and releasing music herself, Meg has a passion to build songwriting community and champion female songwriters, which she accomplishes through Mercy Tribe Music-songwriting writing retreats for female Christian songwriters and hosting online Summer of Songs a mentoring program for teenage girls.
