Hey again, it's me, Alex Parker, your friendly neighborhood musical superhero, just swinging through my musical journey, which has been quite the ride. It all started in 1995 after my parents had a wild night: A crazy boy was born through the soul entwinement of a human encyclopedia of music and an innovative A+ engineer and businesswoman. Growing up, I was all about the raw energy and emotion of Linkin Park and the alternative scene. It was loud, intense, and everything to me. Then, I stumbled into the epic, soaring melodies of power metal with bands like Sonata Arctica & Nightwish. But at 17, I discovered Skrillex. It was like getting bitten by a radioactive spider – suddenly, I had this new power, this newfound love for electronic music. It was game-changing. My passion shifted gears, and I dove headfirst into producing and mixing beats, embracing the endless possibilities of sound that electronic music offered. During this era, I played keyboards and guitar with lots of sick bands and toured around Europe for almost 10 years. Since then, I've been on an incredible journey, crafting hundreds of tracks for various artists you've probably heard about, achieving over 600 million streams. But this story is about me, not them, right? Lots of stuff happened, such as rocking the Untold festival's Mainstage, mixing from a wind turbine (yes, that was me), pioneering blockchain technology, adopting AI for the future, all while exploring the deepest spiritual aspects of life.
