Behind La Reine Marco, Émilie Petit is a polymorphous musician who has been wearing out her best sneakers on stage for more than 10 years. After graduate studies in jazz composition and arrangement, she made her stage debut as keyboard player with a jazz fusion quintet, but also as a solo artist singing her first songs in piano-vocals recitals. Driven by passion and her natural enthusiasm, she embarks herself on multiples series of collaborations. 300 concerts, 4 albums and 1 EP later, she brings to life her new – and most personal – project, La Reine Marco (Queen Marco), the result of a journey full of encounters and a curiosity that has always remained intact.
