Eyez97 is a Hip-Hop artist. After years of writing raps and recording songs with his friends and cousin he released his First EP "From Here On" in 2019. Since the release of his EP he's dropped multiple singles and visuals to accompany his music and performed at venues in his area such as Somos Gallery, XL Publichouse, Mic Drop, & even The Catalyst. In 2021 he created his Label/Brand OwnlyOnes From Salinas, CA, he had to go beyond what was placed in front of him to gain his love for hip hop/rap/music and discover how he would choose to express himself. Inspired by artists like Mac Miller, Ab-Soul, Kendrick Lamar, Flatbush Zombies, Lil Wayne amongst many others, Eyez97 uses his music to express and become his truest self. He believes in the power that vulnerably and authenticity hold through art and aims to use that to connect with others, hopefully inspiring someone else to be themselves.
