Sarang Vechalekar (Sitarist & Vocalist), inherited music as an heirloom, from a family with strong roots in music for generations. His exposure to art and music since childhood helped him understand, appreciate and convert them into his strength. His passion and dedication for playing the sitar, fueled by his fine sense of music has enabled him to create an identity of his own in the music world. His love for experimentation has led to the formation of a band called Panchattva along with four fellow musicians, to present a unique convergence of soulful classical ragas from Hindustani classical music with electronic music, Contemporary World Music.
