Decevio J'Mezah - Speak The Truth Born South Central Los Angeles from a Jazz Artist and Grandfather a Blues Artist he always wanted to become a Basketball player. But at the age of 12 his cousin convinced him to start writing poems and he was getting to Hip Hop and Rap. With no resources and no connections Decevio had to made his own way coming out of a humble beginning: Open heart surgery at the age of 3, survived a car crash as a kid, ended up homeless on the street of south central LA after quitting his job as a janitor and willing to live his dream to do music. He did not give up, but being booed out on stage when first showcasing almost brought him to quit his dream and go back to his old job.But that fortune tiny sugar package it remotely said: Don’t quit Decevio! That was the sign and he build up his confidence to go back on stage and this time around the audience respected him and he blew up the place with his charismatic artistry and ability and confidence to rap and flow. That was a lifetime change for him and his career. This led to a strong spiritual relationship to God, because the universe made a way. Independent and strong he has his own productions music since 2001, where he saved the money to invest in his own studio, where he is engineering and mastering all on his own.
