VGH, or VideoGameHistory, was born on October 23, 2014 in a hotel in Connecticut and has ever since been bringing to the world the history of video games in a way that is informative and educational while also being engaging and entertaining. In April 2015, the VideoGameHistory Synthetic Orchestra was formed, fully dedicated to producing high-quality and exciting orchestra covers of video gaming’s greatest pieces of music first experimenting with a cover of the Medieval Theme from “Crash Bandicoot: Warped”, but really came into its own - and went viral - with its 2018 cover of a-ha’s “Take On Me” in celebration of the Ready Player One movie; and in September 2020, VGH Synthetic Orchestra made its debut on all major music platforms with "Jogging" from “Mike Tyson’s Punch-out!!” Thank you, Tim - VGH (Jon)
