Born & raised about 15 minutes south of Atlanta, Georgia in Forest Park, (Clay Co.) O$iRi$ grew up with influence from many different genres and styles of music. After being in multiple failed metal bands, he decided to pursue rap in late 2017 after meeting Pyrex, who produced his first two songs. From the moment he recorded his first song, O$iRi$ grew obsessed with making music. Over the next two years he released 3 albums ($elf-Hatred $uicide Rebirth, Yami, and XXIII) all of which he recorded, mixed, mastered (and even produced some of the tracks) himself all without any formal teaching. While in the middle of working on XXIII, he fell into a very dark place in his life and faced many trials and tribulations including homelessness, so he took a little under a year off from releasing new music to not only work on himself, but also work on his long awaited 4th and most well put together album to date KYNG of KiNG$, which was released on January 1st, 2021. You can’t really fit O$iRi$ into any specific genre (or subgenre) not only because of his unique sound but also because of his versatility. With a lifelong love for Pop-Punk, Metalcore, Punk, Rap, Crunk, and even Horrorcore, he is constantly working to further find his sound, with that being said his goal for the rest of 2021 is to only release singles and really showcase his versatility.
