Skyler Smelser, known professionally as Legit The Khidd, is a Hip Hop artist from Arkansas. Growing up, Skyler would find herself in the final days of the modern golden Hip Hop era around the mid 2000's. At the age of 5 she was memorizing and rapping Eminem lyrics. Her interest in music only grew as she did. In 2018, Skyler sent a "shot in the dark" message to Sean O'Hara on Instagram (now President and Founder of East Rock Entertainment) asking for a chance to become something bigger than herself. Hearing the potential and energy that Skyler brought to the table, Sean immediately took her under his wing to develop her into a professional artist. They have since become great friends, having met in person late August 2022 which only strengthened their bond in music and friendship. Skyler has several more planned singles and an album for the remainder of 2022.
