Born and Raised in Dallas Tx,Started rapping in 1993 formed a group with four other members they went by the name Underground playaz they put out several mixtapes together and then Boonkey started to do solo mixtapes, Every year starting from 2007 he put out a project of his own.From “I got a song for you” vol 1&2 “Letz Get Back to the Music” to his Album Titled “Doing Me” in 2017. Also two Collaboration Albums with Louisiana native lil hendo that was called “Triple Desiana” And one with group member Eddie Macc called “Still UGP” Boonkey took some time away from music and took on a roll in a movie (Jack Boiz) that was released in 2018. But in 2019 Boonkey released a project that has been getting a lot of recognition “My Story” which features some of Dallas legends Such as Big Chief, OG Kottonmouth ,Blo Fly and Pooca Leroy. He didn’t stop there in 2020 a Collaboration project with Memphis native MoneyManeTre title “Southside Connect” And in 2021 releasing another Solo Album titled “I Done Came A Long Way” which features artist like Young Bleed,Chase Pat,Lyrical and a few other artist Although still trying to get his place in the Industry along side some of his musical influences like U.G.K,8ball&MJG,Bonethugs,Zro and more.
