Endless Melancholy is a music project currently residing in Kyiv, Ukraine, which focuses on creating minimal piano and ambient sounds. Launched in the fall of 2011 by a self-taught musician Oleksiy Sakevych, it was meant to explore the different sides of melancholy through instrumental music. Endless Melancholy has released several albums and EP's with different independent labels. During the project's life cycle, Endless Melancholy collaborated with numerous like-minded artists, such as Lights Dim, Desolate Horizons and Eus, as well as shared the stage with such notable acts, as KAUAN and Heinali. Endless Melancholy works got numerous features on KEXP radio show 'Pacific Notions'. Bandcamp also featured the project on their Bandcamp Daily article 'Ten Artists From Ukraine’s Vanguard Electronic Scene'. Oleksiy also plays the guitar and keys in the post-rock full-band Sleeping Bear.
