Hailing from Hamburg Katja Ruge and Frank Husemann are better known as Can Love Be Synth. They are in Love with old analog machines and define their sound in the legendary Synthesizerstudio Hamburg. A synth collectors paradise owned by Frank and Sunny and hidden behind the big grey walls of a Bunker & the U&G Club. They released music on Bordello A Parigi, Adana Twin`s TAU, Len Faki`s Figure Music, Curses OMBRA Int. , A CLEAN CUT from Hamburg and did remixes for Mute Records or Warner Music. Katja Ruge is also a dj and used to run a party series in Hamburg. She starts soon a new one called Electric Lights at Planetarium Hamburg with a female only line-up. Many know her as well a photographer capturing mostly the Electronic Music Scene.
