Biography

‘The Prophecy’ was created by two childhood friends, Murvin Clélie and Olivier Dauphine. Murvin Clélie was born on January 2, 1995 and it was at the age of 12, thanks to his father, that he discovered music through a guitar received one Christmas day. Inspired by this mystical instrument, he transmitted this musical power to his lifelong friend, Olivier Dauphine. Murvin in writing, Olivier on guitar, they worked hard and managed to compose several songs. It is through reggae and seggae music that they express themselves to spread the word. Their common idea was to form a music group and it's only in 2009 that 'The Prophecy' was born to be today a group of nine people. In 2015, the band released its first album entitled ‘21st Century’. It was immediately a great success until it became the revelation of the year and won the ‘Backstage music band’ award. The concerts followed and the band gained more maturity and experience so that in 2018, it released its second album ‘Where we belong’.
