James Cheesman is a Worship Pastor based out of of Texas. His upcoming album “Songs for a Church Like Ours” is full of congregational songs in a variety of styles, including folk, gospel, and modern hymns. The songs were co-written and recorded with a bunch of awesome people and are focused on providing beautiful truth set to singable, heart-catching melodies. His first studio EP, "Your Glory Alone," was recorded in Nashville with 3-time Dove Award winner Dennis Allen as producer and the masterful Steve Dady (engineer in the past for the likes of Steven Curtis Chapman, Keith Urban, and Keith & Kristyn Getty) as the engineer. James serves as the Worship Pastor at First Baptist Church in Farmersville, TX, outside of Dallas. He is married to Meg and has two beautiful daughters.
