The Good Word from the Pacific NW. Christopher Worth is known for his unique blend of bohemian blues, a style he developed as a street performer across the US and Europe. His latest album, Pardon Me, concludes The Identity Triptych, a trilogy exploring self-love, romance, and transcendence through folk and R&B. Produced by Steve Berlin, Pardon Me features melodic songwriting, a unique depth of lyricism, and Worth’s powerful vocals. Following the trilogy’s completion, Worth collaborated with David Jacobs-Strain in the duo Worth & Strain (Rhududu Sessions Vol's I & II) and with Acoustic Minds on the six-track EP Sliver (released October 2023). Sliver, recorded live in one day, focuses on intimate, minimalist production, highlighting themes of loss and love, supported by rich vocal harmonies. Worth & Strain are slated to release their first full length album, Xavanadu, in late November 2024. Worth is now finishing his most ambitious full-length record, Levity, set for a mid-2025 debut. He has opened for international acts like Allen Stone, Everlast, and Ron Artis II, and played the main stage at festivals such as Portland’s Waterfront Blues Festival and Oregon Country Fair. His timeless songs are captivating, tied together by the purity and power of his voice.
