Silvia Mezzanotte started singing at a young age, adding her pop vocals to several bands before finding her brightest success with longstanding rock band Matia Bazar. Between 1999 and 2004 she sang with the band, but then broke away to begin a solo career. The band eventually reunited in 2010, but Mezzanotte experienced some solo success over the course of two albums, including her 2008 album Lunatica, which peaked at number 37 on the Italian charts. ~ Fred Thomas, Rovi
