What is music for you? For Rômulo Brígido, music has been a part of his life for more than a decade. With his creativity and personality, he has been producing intensively in order to leave a legacy. His journey started 16 years ago, in 2003, when he created his first project in electronic music. The influence of House and Trance from the 90s in combination with years of experience, made him improve his musical traits and made him create his own identity. His connection with music has always been very intense. And in this connection he found the origin to develop a new sound and identity which made the creation of Baya inevitable. The goal is to produce unique moments in his tracks that invite the listener for a journey filled with intense emotions. His DJ sets are no different. The variety of hypnotic, melodic sounds and strong bass lines gives the audience a memorable experience. Despite it being a new project, he already achieved fame with Baya. Songs have been released by Sprout Music, Armada Music and Sony Music. DJ’s such as Lane8, D-nox, Martin Eyerer, Lost Frequencies and even David Guetta are playing his songs. Baya is reaching the top sales list on Beatport and has over a half a million streams on Spotify. These events are an excellent beginning and makes it clear that Baya contains great potential. After all these positive achievements, we are very excited about what is next to come.
