North West London rapper Chinx (OS) first went viral and made history with his debut ‘Secrets Not Safe’ in January 2022. It was then taken down by the Met police going on to be controversially overruled by META who reinstated the release, marking the second time that has ever happened. It was evident that Chinx (OS) was going to make an impact on the UK Drill scene. A talented footballer, he signed to Leyton Orient at 16. Age 19 he was incarcerated, but two years into his sentence Chinx (OS) used his time away to perfect his craft, participating in Freestyle Fridays with people from different wings. He released a jail freestyle that blew up on Instagram and once he was released in 2021, he headed straight to the studio and since then his career has gone from strength to strength with 9 single releases highlighting his storytelling, featuring tales of gritty street politics and daily tribulations combined with those tongue in cheek moments over heavy 808 productions as well as showing his versatility on freestyles with Kenny AllStar and Fumez The Engineer. Chinx (OS) will now be releasing his debut mixtape ‘One Sided Story’ in February 2023.
