Slovenian singer and songwriter, Ben Dolic is one of the most exciting up & coming Alternative Pop artists with a story to tell. Opening up about mental health, encouraging self-expression and aiding others in finding beauty in darkness, Ben creates what he describes as “good vibes you can cry to”. With lyrics about love, relationships and his struggles with anxiety, Ben echoes the sounds of genre-blending artists, including inspirations Jeremy Zucker and Dominic Fike. Using a variety of guitars, powerful falsettos and emotional, stripped-back vocals, this multi-talented musician forms a unique take on the artists he grew up listening to. His breakout single, ‘Violent Thing’ was a huge success, reaching over 15 million streams worldwide and making him a regular face on major commercial European TV and Radio shows during 2020. Now based in Switzerland, Ben continues to prove that leaving everything behind to pursue music was a risk worth taking. He has since received further international industry support, working with the individuals behind Dua Lipa, Lewis Capaldi and Cian Ducrot, as well as making his debut festival appearance at Gurtenfestival last summer and opening for BLANKS, Pablo Brooks and NEEVE at shows across Germany and Switzerland in 2023.
