Enyinna Ogbaa creatively known as “Jim-E-O” has been in the music industry for over a decade. He started out as an independent music artist without management representation or a music label deal. He was very disciplined, determined and consistent with developing and managing his talent. With a knack for sales, Jim-E-O was naturally able to attain strategic goals that met consumer expectations which led to music placements and appealing brand partnerships. He founded an entertainment and talent development consulting business named My Executive Room to give others the framework he used to be successful. This entrepreneurial endeavor translated to building a huge creative community and following. Jim-E-O started consulting for a range of entertainers, a-list brand strategics, record labels and brands.
