Eric C. Powell + Andrea Powell are an award-winning indie synthpop synthwave power duo featured on BBC introducing and indie radio stations around the world. Eric’s writing and production embody captivating melodies to delight synth enthusiasts, while Andrea’s enchanting vocals express the longing of our hearts while saturating the soul. Founders of the early 90s synth band Turning Keys, Eric and Andrea returned with a new album Back to Life in 2016. They have since been fortunate to appeal to retro and synthwave audiences while growing their fanbase in the UK, Germany, US, Canada, and beyond. Release highlights include the upbeat True album, awarded Best Dance Album in 2019, and followup album Fly Away. Several remix offerings including Fly Away (Remixes) and the recently well-received It's No Wonder (Remixes). A string of new singles since, tease an awaited new 2024 album. These include favorites like new recordings the 1991 Billboard-recognized original Soul to Your Heart. Also The Station, awarded 2022 Best Composition + Duo, the disco-inspired It's No Wonder, and the recent collab EP with Graflex titled Always Over You, awarded Best EDM Song in 2022.
