Violinist Lea Brückner, MA. Cultural Management and MA. Music, is establishing herself internationally through her unique artistic profile. She plays with well-known artists such as Aleksey Igudesman and won the 2023 "World Classical Music Award" in the modern category. On stage, she combines music, audiovisual elements and language to bring not only new styles of music but also the topic of climate change closer to the audience. Last year, for example, she was invited to perform and speak at the german parliament in Berlin or at the United Nations World Food Forum in Rome. Through her initiative "Music for our planet" she produced a song "Feel like home" with Rival. In the 2023/2024 season, she host a unique concert series, "Green Monday",at the Tonhalle in Düsseldorf, bringing together symphony concerts with environmental and climate protection themes and concrete sustainability measures for the concerthouse. This series is on the OPUS Klassik 2024, the most important classical music price in Germany.
