Al Jewer and Andy Mitran have been musical partners since the year 2000. In that time the duo has created 9 CD’s, 6 singles, and 4 DVD’s, which have generated numerous awards and nominations. They have also written hundreds of pieces of music for The Oprah Winfrey show and many others. It's Al and Andy's feeling that we could all use some peace in our sometimes hectic lives. It is their hope that this music will provide that in the lives of their listeners. In 2000, Al and Andy decided to get together and write a tune at Andy's recording studio. They performed an improvisation called Ritual Cave which was the first piece written for their debut album Two Trees. A friendship and partnership started that has led to well over a thousand pieces of music written for albums, television, film and commercials over the years. Al plays Native American and silver flutes. He also plays electronic wind controller, bass and keyboards. Andy is a drummer, percussionist and keyboard player.
