MTC or (MT) is an upcoming artist originally from the north shore of Montreal that’s been making waves in the music scene since “2018” but only started in “22”. His musical focus has been sample based hip-hop but is mostly known for his connections in the game and his writing ability on plug/new wave beats. His music is mainly inspired by artists like Nas, Jeune-Loup, and Tay-K with a taste for electric sounds born from the production of Metro Boomin and The Alchemist. With him rapping exclusively in English, his aim has always been to bridge the gap between the Montréal rap culture and mainstream rap.
