Biography

Mexican/American singer songwriter.
Her first single “Dejame ir”, debuted #1 in México.
“Afortunadamente no eres tú” had 4 #1 singles. The album titled tour was the biggest selling tour in the country.
Her 3rd album ‘Corazon Bipolar’, was the first in which Paty experimented as a producer and 80’s vibing sounds brought to the present thrived. ‘Corazon bipolar’ and ‘Suerte’, were its biggest hits. But songs like ‘Aparador’ and ‘El sexo y el amor’ represented the sound and ideology of the album: vulnerability, diversity, humor and empowerment.
Rompo contigo, Amor amor amor, Valiente followed and made Mexico’s Drama Queen, an international star. Paty performed in México, US, Spain, Argentina, Chile, C. America, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, USA and Germany. She has collaborated with artists such as Juan Gabriel, Miguel Bose, Ana Torroja, Luis Fonsi, David Bisbal, and Andrea Bocelli.
Cuenta Pendiente, featuring iconic star Alejandro Sanz, opened the South American market for her, becoming #1 in Argentina for 8 months straight.
#333, a project involving artists from different musical genres + countries: From Juhn to Karol G and Bea Miller.
La Mexicana, her latest album, solidifies her as one of the few artists in the Spanish speaking market with a career and consistency, who is not afraid to show versatility. The album is produced by Paty Cantú, Stefano Vieni and Aureo Baqueiro.
Latest single: Si yo fuera tú, with trap Argentinian superstar Maria Becerra.
