Biography

Jan Groth (25 February 1946 – 27 August 2014) was a Norwegian musician. In the early 1970s Jan started the now famous prog rock band Aunt Mary. Groth later moved on to Christian rock and released 10 solo albums from 1980-2014, and one posthumously (2016). He was also a member of the band Just 4 Fun, who represented Norway in the 1991 Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Mrs. Thompson".
