Carlos Ferreira is an experimental Brazilian guitarist and composer whose work is concerned with the nature of listening and explores the relationship between sound, space, time and memory. Artist of Past Inside The Present (USA), Modern Obscure Music (Spain) and AKP Recordings (USA), he has released albums on several labels worldwide, such as ARCHIVES (Spain), 梅レコード / Umé Records, Beatless Tapes (Japan), Atlantic Rhythms, Aural Canyon, Mystery Circles , Histamine Tapes (USA) and Giraffe Tapes (Georgia) among others; he has also produced special live sets for Dublab radio stations in Osaka (Japan) and Los Angeles (USA). Frequent contributor to Fantaspoa (International Fantastic Film Festival of Porto Alegre), the largest festival of its kind in Latin America, performing new live soundtrack performances for classic silent films. He has already done remixes for artists such as Hinako Omori, Patricia Wolf, Jonny Radtke, among others.
