Biography

Australian production duo Jeff & Jonathan Hansen aka Ekko & Sidetrack have steadily become one of the most exciting up-and-coming duos within drum & bass. With features on Liquicity, Viper, UKF, Circus Records and Axtone and support from the likes of Sub Focus, Wilkinson, Pendulum among others they are quickly making a name with their euphoric take on dance music. Originally from Perth, the brothers are currently enjoying the most prolific run of their careers. In 2020 they released their vocal tour de force ‘Paper Birds’ featuring Ruth Royall (2+ mil online streams), a Flume endorsed bootleg of his track ‘Rushing Back’ and collaborated with New Zealand mainstays Lee Mvtthews on Dark Machine records. After reuniting in down under after a short stint of being split between Europe and Australia in 2021 - they released the ‘Connected’ which coincided with their biggest sold-out headline show at The Court in Perth, went on to remix What So Not’s single ‘The Change’ and then closed out the year with euphoric hit single ‘I Feel Your Love’. They’ve kicked off 2022 in dynamic fashion with an official remix of ‘Still Sleepless’ by DOD & Carla Munroe on Axwell’s label Axtone; which has picked up support from Charlie Hedges & Rene LaVice on BBC Radio 1. With two new singles in the pipeline (including a collaboration with Twerl), a European tour, and then their long awaited debut album on the Horizon; there has never been a better time to get acquainted with Ekko & Sidetrack.
