Biography
David Cicero was noticed by the Pet Shop Boys in the 90s and went on to release a top 20 hit called "Love Is Everywhere." Cicero was signed to Spaghetti Recordings, which was created by Neil and Chris. Cicero American born and now lives in the UK has gone on to release several further albums and singles under Cicero Music Productions.
